There are communicators who understand technology. There are executives who understand global markets. And there are artists who understand the human story behind every brand. Natalia Wodecki is all three.

With over 25 years of experience building Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) programs for the world's most innovative technology companies, Natalia is a rare executive who operates fluidly across the full communications spectrum from board-level strategy to editorial execution, from Silicon Valley to Warsaw, from a global press launch to a fine art atelier.

She has shaped the narratives of companies defining the AI era: Zscaler (the world's largest cloud security platform), Zendesk, Salesforce, and Informa. Her expertise spans AI & enterprise tech, cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, cloud, data, and digital transformation; markets where she has consistently delivered media, analyst, and executive communications programs that move markets and build brand equity.

Natalia's IMC command covers the full spectrum: global corporate PR, media and analyst relations, executive and CEO communications, internal communications and employer branding, crisis communications, content strategy, social media, and international/global outreach. She has led communications functions across North America, EMEA, and APAC, working directly with C-suite leaders including CEOs, CISOs, and boards of directors.

Born in Warsaw, educated in the United States, Natalia holds a Master's degree in Advertising (with high honors) from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and studied fine art and French at the Marchutz School of Fine Art in Aix-en-Provence, France where her identity as both a communicator and artist took root. She began her career at Manning Selvage & Lee (Publicis Group) in Chicago before spending nearly two decades in San Francisco's tech ecosystem.

Today, Natalia is based in Warsaw, Poland at the center of a rapidly emerging European tech scene while remaining deeply connected to her networks in the United States. She is available for IMC leadership, communications consulting, and executive advisory engagements in Europe and globally, with a particular affinity for Paris, Amsterdam, London, Warsaw, New York, and Brooklyn.

As a fine artist, her figurative drawings and oil paintings [rooted in classical realism] have been exhibited in Warsaw alongside her mother and grandfather. Her dual identity as executive and artist is not a contradiction; it is her competitive edge: the discipline of craft, the precision of observation, and the courage to tell a true story.
